Welcome to Team 7528!

Nuts and Bolts Robotics was founded in 2018 out of Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill, CA. Since then, we have worked to inspire students to become leaders in the STEM field, grown our team, built robust competitive robots, and encouraged community involvement and exploration of robotics.

What is our mission?

Our mission as FRC team #7528, is first and foremost, to get high school students interested in STEM and robotics. Specifically software, business, mechanical, and electrical engineering.

We want to inspire students to think outside of the box, develop problem solving skills, and lead in group projects. We strive to have an organized, successful and fun program where students can help each other and learn from each other through problem solving and extensive brainstorming. We are preparing kids to follow engineering fields in the future. To inspire young leaders to learn about different, applicable skills such as coding, machine usage, and business.

The team is committed to cooperation and building in order to accomplish goals. We are learning these skills to better prepare ourselves to live in this fast-moving world of technology. And though we are a younger team, we still have a long way to go and intend to have fun and be invested in the program for years to come.

What is FRC?

We compete in FIRST® Robotics Competition, a worldwide organization facilitating a hands-on approach to STEM in a competitive setting. For 30 years, FIRST® has combined the rigor of STEM learning with the fun and excitement of traditional sports. FIRST®’s programs have a positive impact on learning, interest, and skill-building inside and outside of the classroom.
